Thank you for choosing The Fitness Tag. We take extreme pride in providing high-caliber fitness training, macro blueprints, and 1-on-1 coaching protocols. Please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Tier 1 Digital Downloads & Blueprint Purchases

Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of downloadable PDF blueprints, video studio access, and digital guides (Tier 1 Digital Studio / Macro Blueprint):

• All sales for Tier 1 digital products are final once access links or files have been issued.
• If you experience technical issues downloading your files, please notify our team immediately at thefitnesstag@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, and we will resend your materials within 24 hours.

2. Tier 2 & Tier 3 Personalized Coaching Programs

Our Tier 2 (Online Coaching / Custom Meal Plans) and Tier 3 (Elite In-Person / Bespoke Concierge Nutrition) programs involve custom assessment, baseline audits, and dedicated coach bandwidth reserved exclusively for you:

• 7-Day Cancellation Window: If you request cancellation within 7 days of payment and prior to receiving your customized plan or 1-on-1 onboarding consultation, a full refund (minus gateway processing fees) will be processed.
• Post-Onboarding: Once your customized protocol has been prepared or 1-on-1 coaching has commenced, refunds are issued strictly on a pro-rata basis for unused future coaching months upon written notice.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or NetBanking) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days from approval.
